Neighborhood Health

Neighborhood Health Downtown Clinic and the Dispensary remain OPEN. Foot entry only through alley gate on 8th Avenue South.
They are also taking calls for telehealth visits with a doctor at 615-227-3000.

Street Works

Due to the tornado, Street Works has temporarily moved their office to 1012 Buchanan Street. People should call (615) 500-4391 before coming in.
Weekly PSS support groups have been canceled and all client financial services have been suspended.

Nashville CARES

Nashville CARES offices are closed to the public. Services are still being provided remotely. Clients can call their case manager or 615-829-4849 to access services.

Mental Health Cooperative

Admissions and referrals are available over the phone at (615) 743-1555. Medication Assisted Treatment remains open. Emergency Psychiatric Services remain available 24/7 at (615) 726-0125

VA/Tennessee Valley Healthcare System

If a veteran is symptomatic, they are encouraged to call 1-800-228-4973, press option 3, and they will be connected with nursing telephone care.
The Homeless Program’s Walk in Clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, subject to change. Veterans are encouraged to contact the Homeless Program by phone (615) 873-6400 rather than coming in person if possible.
